The knife set is $AUS 325 for the red or stainless steel rack, or $AUS 299 for the timber. You can also buy the knives separately. To order, visit http://www.chefstoolbox.com/my/lifes_a_feast/Products/Default.aspx

Sorry to hear you are not happy with your Silicon Tongs. I enjoy using mine, but I guess you can't please everyone all of the time. If you feel strongly about it, you could approach the Chefs Toolbox and they may agree to exchange the product for another.

hello. I bought some CT silicon tipped tongs a few months ago & they are terrible. The silicon is far too soft to easily (& successfully) pick up food. We have given up using them. I have another pair of a different brand (Breville) & they are great. The other cookware products may be good but my advice, steer clear of the tongs!!

They certainly can Rita! You can use them for making small muffins or puddings, mini-frittatas, baked ricotta - anything that requires a mould. You can also use them for steaming, for example small steamed puddings. I love mine, they really do make the best poached eggs! If you'd like to order a set (6 in a set) visit https://www.chefstoolbox.com/my/lifes_a_feast/Products/Default.aspx

Hi Brian, thanks for your question. The Chefs Toolbox como advanced cookware pans consist of eight layers, including three layers of the latest in non-stick coatings, called ‘Neptune’ that were specifically designed for their cookware.

Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) has been found to be harmful and I am happy to say is not used in the manufacturing of any of the como advanced cookware, although it has previously been linked to other non-stick coating manufacturers.

The Silicone bake ware and cooking utensils are made of Commercial grade Silicone and do not contain BPA and other chemicals that have been found to be harmful.

Hey Gail, I want to ask you a question. As this are all non stick coated, which non stcik coating is being used? As rightly said by Mark that non stick coatings like Teflon has substances of C8 and Carcinogen which can lead to as bad as Cancer. But if they are using Ecolon as the non stick coating then its fine as Ecolon is 100% natural. Neoflam is Australia is also manufacturing non stick cookwares from Ecolon.

Hi Nick, I'm sorry to hear that you had some problems with your saute pan. I use mine at least 5 times a week, often on a high heat, and have had no problems so I am guessing that yours is a manufacturing defect. The Chefs Toolbox are very good about honouring their warranties and I'm sure if you contacted them they would be happy to provide a replacement (the warranty on the Como cookware is 10 years). You can complete a warranty claim form at http://austnz.chefstoolbox.com/ProductClaims.aspx

Hi Gail
We got a como saute/fry pan 18months ago. Only regular use on an electric hob. Now everything sticks and is uselss. Beware the warranty as they will not replce due to 'overheating'. How do you overheat a pan in a domestic kitchen? Aren't they supposed to get hot?!- never again.
